Refund policy

At LMR-Merina, we take great pride in offering unique and high-quality vintage items to our customers. As these items are often one-of-a-kind, we have a strict no-return policy unless there is a defect that was not mentioned in the item description.


Please note that due to the nature of vintage items, they may show signs of wear or use. We carefully inspect each item before listing it for sale and do our best to accurately describe any imperfections in the item description. However, if you receive an item and find a defect that was not mentioned in the description, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a refund, please send an email to LMR-Merina at [email address] with your order number and a description of the defect. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

If we determine that the item has a defect that was not mentioned in the description, we will issue a full refund for the item, including the cost of shipping. Please note that we do not offer partial refunds or exchanges.
